The retainer covers technical upkeep: site updates, iterations, hosting, fixes. Content work like copywriting or photography is scoped separately, à la carte.

Four phases.
Discovery
Start with the intake form. I review the brief, then we book a 60-minute call to walk through it together. I come away with the shape of the work.
Direction
Within a week, a brand-direction document covering colours, type, references, and the reasoning behind every choice.
Production
Iterative builds with weekly reviews. You see the work in the browser, not just Figma.
Launch & after
Domain, analytics, email, the lot. Then a month of free iteration once you have lived with the site.
